4樣餸逐樣講地獄七重天花枝辣嘅頭盤,薄切花枝片配好多種唔同嘅辣香料,原本以為會好辣,食落又唔覺,反而感覺到一種清新,落單時服務員強調加左墨西哥辣椒,話好珍貴,總共七種唔同辣香料,雖然我唔識咩係墨西哥辣椒,但確實係辣中帶香,亦會啖啖都食到相似但不相同嘅辣味,而且花枝片亦高質兼彈牙,very good。水煮海班球烏冬第一眼望落去嘅感覺就係嘩駛唔駛咁多舊魚,份量真係好足,估唔到會多成咁。而一般水煮魚要好食其實都要預先煎一煎,即係傳說中嘅水煮油封,所以會比起清蒸更惹味,咁呢碟水煮魚嘅魚肉都仍然幾結實,有味得來亦有口感,亦冇遮到魚嘅鮮味,非常唔錯,而且用嘅烏冬底都幾彈牙,成碟都好有水準。香茅脆皮炸子雞講賣相,絕對一流!至於味道其實都幾有新鮮感,但以我對香茅冇特別好感來講,OK好味,不過最想知係佢點樣整到D香茅入到雞入面,真係唔知佢點醃得咁入味,講返隻雞,煮功到家,外脆內嫩,好過普通酒樓何止兩級,配香茅絕對係一個好嘅嘗試,至少熱愛香茅嘅朋友唔需要再不停食香茅豬扒!香菌海蝦墨魚麵超正嘅墨魚麵!一般食墨魚麵都預左好咸,但呢個唔同,有墨汁香,咸淡適中,好彈牙!近一年內食過嘅墨魚麵之中呢個最高質,反而牛肝菌汁變左配角,汁好濃、好重味、但唔算杰,都幾易撈埋D麵條一齊食,其實己經十分惹味,但D墨魚麵無論味道抑或口感都實在太正!做唔到主角!中環來講算抵食,高質係重點,創意同特別都要加分,有機會係會再去。

星期五同兩位好姊妹一齊食晚飯,選擇左去中環一間粵菜。嚟到 California tower 嘅粵桂樓,之前其實都嚟過一樓嘅酒吧但唔知道原來2樓係一間粵菜。入到嚟覺得呢度裝修幾高級,不過係2樓都可以望到一樓嘅DJ枱同埋燈光,感覺好得意 經理遞上餐牌同我哋介紹咗一啲推介菜式,我哋就點餐啦。前菜繫黑魚子流心燻蛋,魚子味好香!主菜我哋每人都揀左一份羽衣甘藍龍躉球,知道雨衣甘藍係今年火爆嘅超級食物,用係粵菜裏面顯得廚師嘅心思。魚肉十分滑,旁邊綠色的係蛋白。雞樅菌千頁豆腐,呢個雖然等左有啲耐但係見到豆腐真係一片一片咁切出嚟又細滑又薄身,廚師刀功真係精湛!個汁食唔出係乜但十分之好味。椰香脆皮燒春雞,雞外脆內軟,而且椰香味濃,非常推介!甜品我地叫左貢品桃膠豆腐花,黃色係類似creme brulee 的味道(唔記得個名),紫色係紫薯布甸,三款甜品都好好味而且仲有乾冰嘅煙霧效果一想你三個女仔就即刻相機食先啦!食到好飽之後經理仲送咗個鳳梨酥,係廚師親自烘培,絕對不輸台灣鳳梨酥!另外見到佢哋午餐餐牌,價錢比較實惠非常適合喺中環返工嘅上班族作商務午餐。

Had set lunch with my friend. This restaurant boasts modernistic decorations and nice atmosphere. Perfect for chat. Appetizer soup was very rich and the taste was just good. Shrimp with scrambled egg is very nice and good for serving with rice. Chicken with soy bean and onions is another delicious dish. Dessert is cha cha sweet soup which is as good as the rest of the meal. One of my favourite Chinese restaurants for lunch in Central.

中環蘭桂坊約食飯見客又多個選擇,Fovea價位中等,但啲菜就好特別同一份貴氣,睇圖就明架喇!春暖花開笑迎春全素頭盤,頭盤主要都係幫食客開胃,所以都係酸為主,比較特別係一款用鮮淮山混合左芒果汁,好有新鮮感,鮮淮山真係第一次試,有驚喜,另外金梅涼瓜爽,都算幾酸,但酸之中又帶少少甘,都算係近期之中最特別嘅頭盤。飛雪藍莓黑豚肉賣相係類似糖醋排骨,但係一來係用黑豚肉,二來係用藍梅汁,所以個味有啲唔同,黑豚肉唔算肥,唔駛擔心好似食肥膏咁,味道都有驚喜,相信係藍梅汁帶出左啲肉味,唔錯!少少糖霜營造左飛雪效果,主要都係為左賣相,唔會令道菜好甜,值得一提係每一件黑豚肉大小形狀都好接近,大啖少少都可以一啖一件,都幾細心,好高水準!龍皇野菌飛鴿圃非常好食有驚喜ge一個菜,因為好好食,我就好仔細咁睇真啲裡面係用咩整,首先佢係用起骨起肉再絞碎,仲撈左少少蝦膠,再釀返入隻鴿再炸,鐘意啖啖肉嘅朋友一定會好鐘意,因為乳鴿好多人鐘意食,但係就唔係咁多人鐘意佢有骨,呢道菜就冇晒煩惱,係好得,味道比普通乳鴿重少少,口感就大幅提升左,要推介!濃湯竹笙花膠素翅未上枱嘅時候以為係一煲咁上,原來係一道菜,賣相好靚成個圓型 (有啲可愛feel),竹笙模釀花膠絲素翅蟹肉 濃湯底味好夠,一啖入面有湯有花膠有蟹肉素翅,口感幾好,唔知點解食落有好grand嘅感受,幾有趣,係特別嘅!呢餐真係幾滿足,一來啲野好食,二來係呢個價錢但每道菜都好有心機整,值!

蘭桂坊近年私房菜多左好多餐廳或者私房菜,好多水準真係唔錯,有時見客都適合直接約after lunch時間去一路試菜一路傾,而呢度氣氛偏暗,好啱傾密計!三菇六耳泡烏冬食得多日式烏冬,通常都係豚肉呀牛肉,全素烏冬我估就冇幾多人試過,所以趁第一次見就order左呢個三菇六耳泡烏冬,首先佢呢個烏冬睇落真係一滴油都冇,連湯都係素,清得好緊要,不過又唔會話好淡,然後就開始試下D烏冬,好明顯係手打,有食開烏冬都會分得到手打烏冬係會比較煙韌同埋滑,幾好。至於味道就真係好清好素,但又會話無味,三菇六耳就各少少咁啦,加兩條白菜,一人份量叫做啱啱好咁。如果要評呢個烏冬,味道幾好,但係確實好特別,其他地方冇!鳳梨鴨鬆黃金炒飯呢個飯又係其他地方唔會有得食,向來我食炒飯會第一時間注意,就係睇佢油唔油膩,好多地方D炒飯一係就好油,一係就好濕,所以如果見到油膩炒飯或者濕到不似飯形我通常會即時扣分,fovea呢度嘅炒飯就睇落乾身爽口(至少今次係),另外睇炒飯炒得夠唔夠均勻,因為配料都帶唔同味,一唔均勻呢,成個飯就格格不入,呢個就考炒功,咁呢個就通常都合格嘅,呢個飯合格有餘,呢個飯仲有少少特別就係用左鴨鬆,都幾重味,夾埋菠蘿嘅清甜令成個飯D味道好易入口,同埋好易記得個味,可以重覆再試嘅一個飯,good!總括來講Fovea粵桂樓幾適合見客時lunch去,價錢中等,但菜試同水準都見得人,個烏各更加可以氹到D食素嘅客,包冇衰!
