無論外形定味道都超驚喜,作為鱸魚嘅盲曹,肉質絕對鮮嫩,滑身又帶魚香,而海苔更加提鮮,仲有三文魚子,整體鮮味極豐富。

澳洲和牛唔及日本軟嫩,但肉質緊緻更有肉感,煎香外層後賣相精緻,鎖緊肉汁,咀嚼間滲出牛油脂香。

如果飲酒真係必叫,除開價錢唔算貴,但配上美境佳餚真係一流,特別係搭配日式魚料鮮味,更加完美。

❇️順帶一提,佢地仲有駐場畫師,門外壁畫都係佢地畫,可以係甜品碟上作畫,慶祝/紀念驚喜一流,記得Book位時問定。

🥂而家仲有個週年慶四道菜($488),同埋指定飲品買一送一,可以用個抵啲嘅價錢,去享受個環境,不過有限時段記得問問!
