To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年得一次既生日梗係要食返餐好既😆想食呢間Hugo’s好耐,成日見啲人食brunch好似幾豐富,不過今次我地係食Dinner🤣《Classic Set Menu $1,458pp》呢個Set Menu係有5道菜既,唔好以為好少咁,食晒都幾飽下🙈個餐前麵包真係幾好食,尤其係個蒜蓉包,一上枱蒜蓉味勁香,見到好多蒜蓉粒,勁正😌另外個Brioche都好好食,幾香牛油味,一定要趁熱食!法包都好脆身,但覺得硬左啲😂《Freshly Shucked Oysters》生蠔好新鮮,雖然有跟個乾蔥紅酒醋,但個人覺得唔需要點,原味一定係最好食😉
《Escargots a la Bourguignonne》田螺好新鮮,食得岀同坊間個啲好唔同,肉質幾嫩身,香草味都調得幾好,好岀色👍🏻《Lobster Bisque》龍蝦湯上枱前既表演真係值得一讚,廚師係你面前烹調,個火好震撼🫢龍蝦湯好濃郁,加左忌廉白蘭地酒落去,仲有兩舊龍蝦肉,肉質好彈牙好鮮嫩,飲完呢碗野真係幾飽下🙈《Steak au Poivre》呢個黑胡椒牛柳我地揀左三成熟同五成熟,生熟程度啱啱好,肉質好tender,都有三款Mustard俾你揀黎配搭,個人

呢個黑胡椒牛柳我地揀左三成熟同五成熟,生熟程度啱啱好,肉質好tender,都有三款Mustard俾你揀黎配搭,個人最中意French Mustard😌唯一要彈既地方係黑胡椒太重手啦,食落有啲辣,略嫌蓋過左牛肉既味,建議個汁分開上或者調味輕手啲會好啲💁🏻‍♀️

黎呢到梗係要食佢既朱古力梳乎厘😝佢既Size比想像中大個,朱古力味好濃郁,質感輕盈得黎又好實在,係一個高質既梳乎厘👍🏻配嗰個吉士白蘭地汁都整得好好味,有啲雲呢拿既味道,不過梳乎厘食耐左覺得甜左少少,配返杯咖啡中和返就啱啱好😉
