To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男朋友 surprise 我,帶我食好嘢為我慶生.餐廳好有情調🕯️入去見到檯面寫住Happy Birthday驚喜又感動.樣樣都想試,好彩無叫太多嘢,因為每道菜都好足份量!.首先,餐前個包已經好好食!重牛油味~「油封法國鵪鶉脾及栗子」 燻製鵪鶉好入味,仲有6隻脾,抵!「海膽多士」 超級多海膽,而且新鮮好甜,極力推介「熱溶法國流心芝士沙律」 唔單止啱打卡,而且菜下面有好多ham,加埋啲熱溶芝士,非常超值,甚至有啲太飽⋯下次都次點個清啲嘅沙律,可以食多啲其他嘢。「板燒穀飼羊鞍扒」好juicy,我叫medium,煮得剛剛好。配菜嘅薯蓉非常creamy,味道調教適中。.如果飲酒嘅一定要叫cocktail🍸我叫咗杯玫瑰味gin base嘅,超級好飲易入口,而且賣相好靚!.甜品「脆皮士多啤梨椰子杏仁蛋白蛋糕」唔會太甜太餾,士多啤梨嘅酸味剛剛好。男朋友仲準備咗個Birthday Plate俾我,好有心思,餐廳氣氛好好.雖然價錢唔算平,但落足靚料,份量大,最緊要味道好,我認為抵食
