是夜走進銅鑼灣 V Point,每次來到此大廈都帶有驚喜。首次來到28樓嘉門鐵板燒·醉人美景已經令人迷到,好靚呀!毎位客人都能夠進入眼廉,而且可以看到師傅的刀工了得。首先到來是前菜,刺身金目鯛經過燒過利用食用花襯托下栩栩如生!新鮮的象拔蚌份量很多而不韌並帶鮮,配上山葵忌廉汁加添美味!利用菊花為題的菜式大為少見,菊花味濃郁配合厚切北海道帆立貝滋味,最後還有菊花啫喱小杯!肥美的鵝肝香煎不俗·法包帶脆身吸收鵝肝的油份。伊比利亞西班牙豬鞍,利月櫻花木煙燻後不會太乾身而且鎖住肉汁,配上日本紀州梅汁或香草海鹽。松葉蟹肉泡飯,蟹肉的份量恰到好處,米飯粒粒分明帶有口感·餐具也是取勝一環。抹茶布丁滑溜不苦澀出色,細小杯大滿足。一週年的關係晚餐有八折優惠·午餐更有七折!
