To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為慶紅顏知己生日，簡了好多間才選了這裡。跟著已留食評的名嘴點了芝士洋蔥湯、三文魚扒和燒春雞。飲品和甜點就請教了工作人員。甜點是雲呢拿雪糕和心太軟。芝士洋蔥湯用咗好多洋蔥，上枱時熱烘烘。厚厚的三文魚扒烤得香滑。燒春雞雞肉滑口，富有Rosemary和其他香草味。因book位時已交帶慶祝生日。甜點就為我們裝飾得靚靚。為友人帶來驚喜！會不會再去？會。一定。就算一個人也會去。環境當然是「正爆」，坐在大館的芒果樹傍享用這晚餐，為紅顏傾慶祝生日。她也覺得難忘。賣單一千內，值！
