To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經早一個月book咗坐outdoor，雖然情人節當日得10度，但外面環境比較寧靜，而且都有開heater，所以仍然決定坐outdoor.而且早咗一個月book，有full payment，所以就免加一.當天想叫oyster，但原來當天只會供應情人節套餐，所以無其他menu，所以影唔到放上嚟.餐前包，有少少暖，長條型，好似Y字，果隻最好食，麵包可以refill.成個造型整得好有心思，海膽三文魚他他砌成一個心型，好彈牙同煙靱，有咬口.旁邊有一些伴菜都cut成心型.鵝肝兩邊都煎得好脆，中間是軟的.鮮蝦柚子沙律，柚子有d苦澀.火腿聞到有香味，肉質軟身.清雞湯好好飲，飲得出煲湯煮咗好耐，但一d都唔油膩，而且好香.黑松露包，裏面嘅黑松露都唔少，味道濃郁.意粉同蜆味道好淡，無香辣同白酒嘅味道，只有橄欖油味道.紅桑子雪芭，口感順滑，有少量果肉，清甜帶有少少酸味，幾開胃.半隻龍蝦配西冷，龍蝦好爽口，但唔厚肉，已經起咗d肉，方便食用.西冷很細塊，有1cm厚，無切走旁邊的筋，肉質不硬有咬口，肉味有，但唔係最香濃果種.Souffle好大個，雖然大嘅程度唔及某間餐廳，但都可以遮住我塊面，而且最緊要好味道.呢間

 Souffle好大個，雖然大嘅程度唔及某間餐廳，但都可以遮住我塊面，而且最緊要好味道.呢間餐廳嘅souffle做得幾好，配上strawberry汁酸酸甜甜，食完唔會覺得“流“.而且做得好鬆軟，口感軟綿綿，入口即溶，真係好味道.
之後我地問咗waiter，呢個souffle平時都有得食，但要注意嘅係，要食前一個鐘落order.

今次第一次嚟呢間餐廳食飯，但無令我失望.有時間會再去多次.
