每當提起維港璀璨夜景與燭光晚餐法國菜,相信大家都會聯想起浪漫吧。如果能同時欣賞香港夜景兼歎精緻法國菜,那就更是不得了!這晚就與幾位女生來到位於九龍站ICC 101/F的Le 39V。對著維港兩岸迷人夜景,品嚐一頓燭光法國菜,實在浪漫滿分~Le 39V是來自法國巴黎的過江龍米芝蓮星級法國餐廳,主打現代法國菜。據知香港店餐單與巴黎總店幾乎一樣,而且香港店大部份食材都是由法國進口,盡量保持原本法式風味。晚市設有tasting menu,4道菜($1200,配 wine pairing $700) 或5道菜 ($1700,配 wine pairing $800),不過這夜我們決定單點,大家選擇自己想吃的。這裡菜式以fine dining來說,份量算頗大,方便2-3位朋友share。先來餐前小食,芝士波及店方自家製的麵包。我最愛鹹香芝味濃的芝士波,質感輕盈。大家選了2款海鮮類前菜。Nicoise style red mullet,tomatoes,black olive ($470)及Kristal gold caviar,smoked eel and tiny potatoes,green v
