To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Drink 1️⃣Mojito - Lychee / Hoegaarden Beer ($94/58)飲品大杯亦都非常抵飲， Mojito嘅話可以選擇唔同嘅味道，勇者揀咗荔枝味，相對來講杯野會比較甜，唔同傳統嘅Mojito一樣偏薄荷，味道不錯Snacks2️⃣Chicken Satay/ Sizzling Garlic Prawn沙嗲雞肉串每一寸都超級大嚿，沙嗲汁亦都好正宗，比較抵食,而 Sizzling Garlic Prawn就非常開胃，酸酸鹹鹹，甜椒同埋蝦都非常入味，絕對係一個好適合嘅下酒小食Dessert3️⃣Apple Crumble以鐵板直接上碟，上碟嘅時候仲係熱辣辣香噴噴!雲呢拿雪糕非常大球，中間加上左一啲脆餅層，底層就係蘋果肉。雖然蘋果批有點酸，但係只要加埋啲雪糕一齊食嘅話成個感覺就會中和晒，非常好食！
