因為之前太忙,連週年飯都要改遲先食,所以揀餐廳方面都唔可以揀得太隨便。時間係星期六夜晚,雖然地點唔算太就腳,不過都有唔少情侶入黎幫襯,可能燈光較暗,望落幾浪漫。餐湯就蘑菇湯,淡淡地仲有唔少蘑菇碎粒咬下。揀左香草牛油白菌醃法國田螺做前菜。雖然只係前菜但佢擺碟算幾有心機。除左主角田螺同薯蓉底之外,伴碟的菜都起碼成四五款,幾鮮艷奪目,少少可惜就係田螺味道偏咸。主菜之一就係芝士烤春雞配松子仁白松醬意大利飯。春雞有半隻,雞肉有少少「鞋」,但烤出黎又唔會好燶,而且味道夾到個意大利飯,飯粒同汁比例幾fit,咬落唔會太濕或太乾,係飯的份量可能少了點。另外一個主菜就係香蒜鮑魚伴澳洲肉眼扒8安士配紅酒燒汁。扒就唔算多筋,咬落肉味好重,火候做到五成熟,伴個鮑魚仔就有點新意,夾蒜蓉味道完全OK。同另外兩碟一樣都有唔同顏色的配菜呢幾碟都係物有所值,大家都食得滿足。
