To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務當晚只有兩位員工,一位負責煮食,一位負責招待客人,雖然唔夠人,但職員仍然可以招呼得好好,我地一舉手就好快黎到,一有食物出亦以最快時間送到台面,送到台面啲食物仍然好熱。環境以紅色為主,好有音樂氣氛,職員話逢星期六就會有唔同嘅音樂睇同聽,例如手風琴,有唔同人嘅唱歌。另外,廚房是公開式的,可以睇到廚師烹調。鵝肝多士擺設好靚,由木板上,有啲配菜係木板上,一整舊鵝肝係多士上,切開,鵝肝同多士一齊食,絕配,鵝肝入口即溶嘅感覺,多士脆脆的,兩者好有口感。軟殼蟹黑松露忌廉汁意粉原隻軟殼蟹係意粉上,擺盤已經好吸引,意粉軟硬度適中,亦好入味。肉眼扒牛扒好大塊,叫左七成熟,煮得岩岩好。仲有薯蓉,配埋芥末同燒汁食好配。三重芝士焗石蠔大大的兩隻蠔,表面有好多芝士覆蓋去焗,食落好香芝士味,個蠔一啲都唔會腥,好好味。比利時特濃朱古力焦糖布甸伴雪糕焦糖係碟底,布甸有好重嘅朱古力味,唔會好甜好流,雪糕配搭即好夾。仲有三塊桃。
