To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日都幫襯唔少，諗住呢間野雖然唔係好食，只係近住屋企方便屋企人，今次做節專登同大廚直接落單買料同屋企人做節食餐好少少，都係啲蒸既海鮮，冇咩技術啫，點知係非常失望，蒸大元貝，豉油皇炒大蝦，豉椒炒聖子，蒸盤龍鱔，呢4樣係特別order, 點知除左大蝦味道係正常少少，其餘3樣係用水烚完再蒸，冇曬鮮味，連鱔又唔爽又冇味，浪費食物，總之就係冇下次啦，唔知點解仲咁多人幫襯！埋單4xxx都唔知食咗啲乜（12人）。
