筍盤喇~🦐嗰日我同三五知己去咗間啱啱開嘅蒸氣海鮮食肆!天氣有啲凍,但食住熱辣辣嘅蒸氣菜式就暖笠笠,夠晒舒服!落座一坐,咁就揀左盤賣相吸引、色彩斑斕嘅海鮮蒸鍋。想講,啲扇貝好哂口,粉絲吸滿咗蒸出嚟嘅海鮮甘香,蒸蠔每一隻都飽滿得滯,嗰香味啊,真係引得我一啖又一啖!我地仲試咗啲殼啦榮螺,咬落去夠晒彈牙,暗暗爽口!食到咗摺,傾偈傾出哂熱氣,又嚟咗個粥底。炆到個粥底有啲粒粒甜,每一啖都感覺到海中寳貝嘅甘甜,真係正!湯底再轉打邊爐,煮埋啲雪花肥牛,真係入口即溶,好過癮!最後,我哋就試咗甜品,嗰個榴槤雪糕條,濃郁得黎唔膩口,完美收官呀!實話實講,我食完響內心諗嘅就係下次幾時再黎!實在係鮮味滿溢,快樂到不得了嘅海味之旅!🐟🍲🥢
