To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去完迪士尼非常疲累，唔想煮飯於是就忽然間醒起黃金海岸酒店沙嗲軒有海南雞同埋肉骨茶！ 就即刻揸車去今日係星期六冇book位，所以喺門口等咗大約五分鐘一坐低就睇menu其實樣樣嘢香港人都會好鍾意食！不過每一台都嗌海南雞嘅，所以我哋都唔執輸。叫咗半隻海南雞， 食落口真係好有雞味 ，雞胸肉係極之滑！好有海南雞的味道！當然酒店價錢一定偏貴啦 💰不過因為唔係日日食，所以我哋好滿足呢個肉骨茶就唔到位喇！我覺得麻麻地....藥材咪又重得滯，都係唔及馬拉嗰啲好飲。 👆呢個好似係印度roti，係用好多牛油整成嘅，肥過肥仔記！代替白飯或者油飯嘅啫,本人覺得有飯好食好多!呢個涼瓜煲真係好食，sambal醬又唔係好辣,涼瓜又唔係好苦,真係好正不過就油咗啲
