To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前喺其他分店食過，今日同同事喺太古附近做嘢，見到呢一間我就話不如一齊食lunch，呢度有我最鍾意食嘅海南雞飯同班蘭蛋糕，每次嚟到都要叫。海南雞飯海南雞肉質食落好嫩滑，一咬落去仲好Juice，原本都擔心唔係叫雞脾會比較鞋口，但完全係比到驚喜我，雞皮爽口完全唔油膩，配上醬汁令到海南雞味道更加惹味，而且我覺得生菜唔單只係用嚟墊住海南雞，生菜都爽口好味。雞油飯充滿油香味，碗湯比較清甜，仲有嚿豆腐喺入邊。牛肉沙嗲沙嗲醬好香甜濃郁，牛肉肉質嫩，牛肉味超級濃郁。班蘭蛋糕配椰子雪糕班蘭蛋糕口感鬆軟，斑斕味道濃郁香甜，配上椰子雪糕非常好味。
