To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日行過一間著名嘅印尼餐廳,心諗試下啲咩好嘢吖!🌶點完餐,首先上嚟就係辣辣地、香氣撲鼻嘅南乳雞翼!三隻雞翼外皮炸到脆口金黃,入口即溶,鹹香味飄出嚟,真係叫人停唔到口!接著係主角 - 海南雞叻沙。呢個組合對我嚟講簡直就係天作之合😍!滑得嚟唔膩口嘅海南雞,配上咖哩椰香味十足嘅叻沙湯,啲麵條Q彈得嚟吸晒湯汁,每啖都係滿足到爆。加埋三款特色醬汁,酸酸甜甜,幾乎可以話係惹味到爆炸!唔駛飛去印尼,喺呢到就食到正宗風味!最後,話咁快就到甜品時間,恐龍美祿跟住雞叻沙一齊上檯,但我就真係要推介下個桔仔特飲,清新解膩,一飲而盡,飲落去舒服得嚟又開胃。一頓飯飽肚仲高興,咁嘅好去處,真係值得再嚟多次!🍲🍗
