To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日lunch,一心去這間金記食海南雞飯,這分店已開了2個多月,一直都排長龍,今日用App攞飛先食到。我之前喺APM返工,間中會到嗰間金記食海雞。因為75蚊,相對比茶記貴一些,所以同事很少去食。除非開會遲咗放lunch,或者好攰唔想行,貪佢就腳先去。這間太古分店,海南雞飯啲雞過熟,時間火喉控制得唔好,變咗冇咁滑,亦冇咗啲啫喱形態嘅雞油,這亦是我評論海雞嘅指標之一。總括一般。但比越品比,仍然比較好食。星期日lunch,79蚊海南雞飯無料到品越越式料理https://s.openrice.com/QrbT0PyGO00中湯,我冇飲,我轉咗羅宋湯,湯唔夠濃亦冇牛肉味,一般。加啡,一般,得個苦字,冇香味。
