To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為想食海南雞，所以一行兩人放工去咗附近嘅chatterbox express食飯呢到係scan QR code嗌嘢食，地方唔算大，但要自己搵位，好彩去嗰陣都係八點左右好容易就搵到位當然要嗌個文華海南雞飯，入面有三種醬汁，一碗油飯同一碗豆腐菜湯，啲雞肉真係非常嫩滑，雞脂肪吾算多，成舊食啖啖肉，碗飯係油飯，粒粒分明，一啖飯一啖雞咁食好正，仲嗌左杯青檸梳打，味道清涼可口跟住嗌左個新加坡肉骨茶米線，個湯底超香，胡椒味超重，排骨軟稔得黎又鮮美，仲配有油炸鬼，將油炸鬼浸落湯到食好索味跟住嗌咗個雞肉串燒同一碟蒜蓉生菜，雞肉點沙嗲汁好有風味，蒜蓉生菜唔使點任何醬料就咁食都好好食，值得一試
