To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大圍新商場圍方有好多嘢食，呢間專食海南雞飯嘅餐廳都開咗嚟呢度。一於去食下😋夜晚好多人喺度等位，人氣相當高。我哋叫咗一個文華海南雞飯$138、一個白胡椒肉骨茶配白飯$132。海南雞飯我轉左雞髀，雞皮夠光澤，而且雞肉嫩滑，有薑蓉、醬油、辣醬三款醬汁。鍾意海南雞配油飯，油飯夠香，不自覺地食晒成碗飯🙈除咗海南雞飯，白胡椒肉骨茶都唔錯，白胡椒味夠香，肉骨茶幾好飲。仲配有非常夠脆嘅油炸鬼。啲豬骨夠腍身，而且份量都幾多。
