海南雞飯要改進喔

有時食下 A LA CARTE都幾好,通常酒店都有水準今次試下屋企附近呢度問完店員,他推介海南雞飯$145其實好多酒店既海南雞飯都不錯,間間都唔同整法但係食左咁多間,係得呢度問我要脾位定胸位,加分我當然簡雞脾哈哈,肉味一般,肉較有彈性加分,但以脾為來講唔夠嫩滑又扣分雞皮也無彈性.3色醬中紅色的不合格,一來唔夠酸,二來唔夠辣雞酒飯飯色很淺,味道也很薄弱,建議加多點香料和雞油但有幾條芥蘭和酸瓜補償番我既健康最後湯就係家庭STYLE青紅羅白湯,幾清甜.但通常食雞飯唔會配呢個湯麻.ANYWAY個湯係不錯順帶一提杯檸茶茶味幾濃還要改進喔

我當然簡雞脾哈哈,肉味一般,肉較有彈性加分,但以脾為來講唔夠嫩滑又扣分

雞皮也無彈性.3色醬中紅色的不合格,一來唔夠酸,二來唔夠辣

雞酒飯飯色很淺,味道也很薄弱,建議加多點香料和雞油

但有幾條芥蘭和酸瓜補償番我既健康

順帶一提杯檸茶茶味幾濃
