To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚到阿一海景飯店吃晚餐,吃的是套餐。先評食物:香芒藍龍蝦沙律:芒果有點酸,失望!幸好藍龍蝦肉粒質感爽彈,芝麻醬和沙律菜永遠是絕配。鮮雞螺頭燉花膠條:這個大力推介,湯很鮮甜。天白花菇扣鮑魚伴唐生菜:花菇厚身,生菜爽脆,鮑魚煮得很軟,可惜味道沒太大驚喜,怪不得不同級數的鮑魚價錢相差那麼遠。招牌焗釀蟹蓋:蟹蓋內除了蟹肉,還有一些其他材料,合起來味道一般,吃不到蟹肉的鮮甜。紅酒燴牛尾:牛尾煮得很軟,醬汁偏甜。金菇豚肉卷:豚肉有點柴,可能還是用牛肉做這菜比較合適,醬汁同樣偏甜。大富大貴炒飯:這炒飯好吃,炒得香,不油膩,飯內有蟹肉、蝦粒等,材料豐富。精美甜點:桂花糕比較甜,曲奇不夠脆。總的來說,食物水準只屬一般。再說環境:環境是這飯店的最大賣點,我們坐的桌子可飽覽270度的維港美景,入座時是黃昏,離座時是晚上,黃昏美景到璀璨夜景都盡收眼底,還可邊進食邊欣賞幻彩詠香江。最後講服務:服務其實是很不錯的,由入座至離座,侍應都很有禮貌,還不時主動上前為我們添茶。唯一美中不足的就是,侍應送上牛尾和豚肉卷時,我們說會分享食物,本以為他會給我們碟子,但卻沒有,要向另一位侍應提出,才給我們碟子。
