To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日慶祝生日,訂了11:30-13:00在南海一號嘗試它的點心放題,我們倆人剛好安排在窗邊的位置,感覺很舒服,初時人不多,很悠閒地點了第一輪點心,這裡的侍應很有禮貌,大部分的食物都很有水準,特別是煎餃子,葡汁鳕魚酥,很美味,只是京葱炒牛肉太老了,還有黑松露素粉果的皮太淋了。整體來說,很靚的風景,舒適的環境,有禮貌的服務員,食物質數幾好,每人約$250,性價比高呀。
