V point 開業左一排既中菜廳,除咗高質中菜,仲有海景,日落時間最吸引。講到高質,服務都好到位,斟茶遞水換碟,招呼周到。沙茶醬安格斯牛肉炒時蔬牛肉炒時蔬用上高級既安格斯,睇行頭已經知高質。牛肉爽嫩,香濃沙茶醬味,時蔬清清地,兩者互補。菌香醬蜜豆甜椒炒蝦球大蝦球好搶眼,紅黃椒色彩豐富,蜜豆清爽,再用黑椒突出味道。川式口水雲吞配糖心皮蛋熱辣辣既雲吞唔跟湯,配川式口水辣汁,即係紅油抄手咁款。餡料豐富,一咬啖啖肉。糖心皮蛋一樣唔輸蝕,擁有香滑口感。桂花五色糕桂花,蜜瓜,士多啤梨,芒果同椰汁,味道層次豐富到一個點,而且視覺都攞晒分。
