To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海洋公園有多間餐廳，其中以海龍王餐廳及冰極餐廳可以近距離觀看動物，所以最受歡迎。和家人都參加了金咭，所以享有生日月份餐廳主菜買一送一優惠。是日11點半到達餐廳，雖然預約配額已爆滿，但仍可以walk in 入座。點了一份細的燒烤醬豬肋骨及雜扒。約15分鐘後，兩個菜式都放到枱上了。燒烤醬豬肋骨共有5條骨，烤得入味，亦不會烤得太乾，十分惹味，也配有大量粗薯條，滿有誠意。雜扒共有牛豬雞魚，牛有7成熟，雖不是什麼名貴，但也好味。魚是鱸魚，沒有骨適合小朋友食。餐廳有一面大玻璃，小朋友們看企鵝看得不亦樂乎。用了主菜買一送一優惠，合共300大元，物超所值。綜合環境，食物質素及服務，沒有優惠還是會再來的。
