To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

4對好字一行8人去海港食飯～依到出名大碟抵食～已經黎過無數咁多次～必㸃燒鵝～好彩一早訂咗位～唔係有排等叫咗7餸1湯～份量應該差唔多濃湯花膠炖螺頭～睇落好奶白色～飲落好濃嘅雞湯味仲有好幾舊花膠薑蔥蝦球伊麵個汁好普通冇咩特別～蝦球新鮮夠彈牙唔會老瑤柱豆苗睇落好多瑤柱～其實係切碎咗嘅金菇粒～個汁食落夠味唔會鹹蒸蜆幾鮮味蒸帶子夠軟身冇蒸過火蒸魚蒸得剛好肉唔會老易夾燒鵝半隻～嚟到必㸃！皮脆D肉又入味～次次食都唔厭食完半隻未夠嚨再叫多個例牌～全部食晒平均幾個月又黎幫襯下
