To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前海港城推出優惠券，每$200 - $100, (新一輪優惠券每$300 - $100）所以就去咗好想食好耐嘅食中鴨子。見佢比尖沙咀其他食扁皮鴨嘅地方平，所以一開始都冇乜期望。本人5:30pm去到餐廳等位，最後都要差唔多8:30先入到去。所以入到去嘅時候就真係好肚餓。講返食物先，我哋嗌咗小籠包，擔擔麵，茶樹菇上湯翡翠苗，同埋半隻片皮鴨。.食物賣相方面認真唔錯，嘢食嚟到嘅時候香噴噴。扁皮鴨比我預期中好食，肉質唔會太肥，包皮夠薄唔會易穿，入口感覺一啲都唔肥膩。絕對對得起$198呢個價錢.至於小籠包同擔擔麵，覺得同其他地方差唔多，但係小籠包勝在皮夠薄，擔擔面亦都唔算太辣。上湯翡翠苗湯底一流不過偏鹹（本人食得較淡口）.總括嚟講，如果你有時間，肯等位，就去馬啦！
