To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 外型嚟講最特別嘅一定係紅袍茘枝,簡直以假亂真成粒荔枝咁,外型突出,唔行近啲睇都未必分辨到。外層係比較煙煙韌韌又脆身,內層係奶黃餡,味道比較輕盈。

幾有特色!
***班蘭咖央多士
可以自己配搭斑斕同咖央嘅濃厚味道,多士鬆脆
***香茅蘆薈果凍
口感嚟講我最鍾意椰絲球,可以食到一絲一絲嘅椰絲,充滿嚼勁。而中間嘅內餡就相對彈牙。外型嚟講就一定係蘭花糯米沙拉糕最適合打卡,上層係綠色嘅斑蘭糕,而下層係天藍色嘅糯米,口感煙煙韌韌咁。

整體來講佢哋嘅甜點係比較多,但係絕對唔會偏甜,而且最下面嗰間都係比較偏向泰式嘅甜點,以斑斕香茅椰絲等為主,識落比較香口,中間嗰層嘅甜點係比較偏西式同較甜少少,鹹點都係偏向比較鬆軟脆身可口,整個配搭同我哋平時食開嘅下午茶到好唔同,比較有特色,另外環境絕對非常之好,環境開陽而且可以望到尖沙咀海景,仲有室外位置可以坐!
