To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返尖沙咀搵下新野食去到尼間can lah12:10已入座 冇幾耐就點餐其他同行朋友都係點lunch set 而我揀左menu 單點絕對係惡夢開始其他人既餐點陸續送上，而我既遲遲都未見形去到其他人都食晒 同埋吹左3次之後上左已經好嬲係打工仔出去食個lunch 唔洗等位 但等你個炒面要半個鐘🙃🙃🙃上左就係見到1個燶既炒面 佢聞落去燶 食落更加燶為左以表中肯我係有邀請同行朋友幫手試試再跟進連店員都知我嬲左😶🌫️ 叫我唔好嬲 真係笑出聲叫廚房快快趣再炒又要等 明既 今次時間都合理但上既炒面都係飄住鑊燶味🫠食落就比較好 而味道係比較偏喊多謝晒 唔會再返轉頭 blacklisted😊

尖沙咀一向搵食好地方！😋東南亞菜式既餐廳也不少！今日約埋親友去位於海港城既「CaN LaH」，試試最近大熱既肉骨茶!⚡因為親友喜愛吃中菜，隔離食店八一魚八是同一集團，可以order中菜來一同品嚐，靈活性高，值得一讚!👍🏻肉骨茶，夠特色，必要試!楊枝雪糕椰子凍，大人細路也真愛!甜品賣相吸引可愛!芋角，鬆脆可口!乳豬夠脆口腸粉熱辣辣的

呢間餐廳位於海港城室內海旁位置，景色非常優美，夜晚在此用膳有格調，看到不少餐廳食客都是穿着整齊的親戚朋友談笑優雅用膳。這裏價格偏貴，我和友人選擇了蠔肉泡飯和海鮮炒米，一起分享。蠔肉泡飯方面，好味鮮甜，泡飯味道濃郁香口，溫暖舒適。海鮮炒米方面，很喜歡焗得香香的帶子，鮮蝦也感覺味道濃郁，不過黑椒味偏濃怕辣的朋友要小心嘗試，有機會吃得一把眼淚。不過整體來說味道OK，雖然不是非常突出，但是也為一個正面的用餐體驗。

今日係商場行到攰就坐低食個下午茶☀️見到呢間星馬菜式嘅餐廳好似幾有特色幾正宗感🇲🇾賣相同埋裝潢都好有南洋既風情🏝️ 但係食物方面質素就比較一般無咩特色🥹勝在坐得舒服⭐️ 娘惹黑炭小金杯 ⚱️平時比較少食到呢度咁傳統嘅小食🔮 用脆皮包住沙葛紅蘿蔔同埋蝦肉🥕 醬料濃郁但係食材欠缺新鮮度🌶️⭐️ 原個雪燕香芒椰子盅 🥥份量唔多😅 雪燕食落有口感但係可惜芒果同椰子味偏人工🥭⭐️ Mojito 🍃經典嘅飲品冇咩特色🥂建議試吓比較馬拉特色嘅嘢飲🧃

我們四個人吃飯點了一個午市4位餐$5281娘惹秋葵秋葵沾了特別的醬料有點辛辛辣辣挺醒胃的2咖喱海斑配印度薄餅咖喱酸酸辣辣的跟薄餅超級配每塊海斑也份量十足但是不夠嫩滑3藥膳肉骨茶用這個拌雞油飯一絕單喝的話有點鹹排骨肉質鮮嫩容易脫骨沾咖喱汁更好吃4海南麻雞海南雞超級嫩滑最推薦是這個了5福建蝦麵$138第一次吃這種粉絲和麵混在一起的麵挺特別的蝦仁爽口、味道也可以總的來說餐廳環境不錯，有室外位置也可以看到海景食物質素中上，價錢可以接受不用專程去，但是路過也可以試一下
