To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新派東南亞菜，環境舒適優雅，裝潢別緻，座位設有室內及室外，想私隱一點還有包房選擇。除了一些東南亞菜還有中式點心可供選擇。［怡保乾炒海鮮米粉］材料多，有鮮魷魚、蝦球、帶子，米粉炒得有點碎，比較油膩，但味道不錯。［肉骨湯蠔仔泡飯］樣子跟餐牌上的相片有頗大差別，沒有餐牌上的照片那麽多料，泡飯飯粒不多，但湯底有濃厚的東南亞風味，蠔仔乾淨飽滿，還有冬菇絲，整體味道不錯。店舖現在有活動，收藏送布甸狗蛋糕Q一件，造型可愛芒果味，有點不捨得吃呢！服務員熱誠有禮，照顧周到！

返尖沙咀搵下新野食去到尼間can lah12:10已入座 冇幾耐就點餐其他同行朋友都係點lunch set 而我揀左menu 單點絕對係惡夢開始其他人既餐點陸續送上，而我既遲遲都未見形去到其他人都食晒 同埋吹左3次之後上左已經好嬲係打工仔出去食個lunch 唔洗等位 但等你個炒面要半個鐘🙃🙃🙃上左就係見到1個燶既炒面 佢聞落去燶 食落更加燶為左以表中肯我係有邀請同行朋友幫手試試再跟進連店員都知我嬲左😶🌫️ 叫我唔好嬲 真係笑出聲叫廚房快快趣再炒又要等 明既 今次時間都合理但上既炒面都係飄住鑊燶味🫠食落就比較好 而味道係比較偏喊多謝晒 唔會再返轉頭 blacklisted😊

尖沙咀一向搵食好地方！😋東南亞菜式既餐廳也不少！今日約埋親友去位於海港城既「CaN LaH」，試試最近大熱既肉骨茶!⚡因為親友喜愛吃中菜，隔離食店八一魚八是同一集團，可以order中菜來一同品嚐，靈活性高，值得一讚!👍🏻肉骨茶，夠特色，必要試!楊枝雪糕椰子凍，大人細路也真愛!甜品賣相吸引可愛!芋角，鬆脆可口!乳豬夠脆口腸粉熱辣辣的

呢間餐廳位於海港城室內海旁位置，景色非常優美，夜晚在此用膳有格調，看到不少餐廳食客都是穿着整齊的親戚朋友談笑優雅用膳。這裏價格偏貴，我和友人選擇了蠔肉泡飯和海鮮炒米，一起分享。蠔肉泡飯方面，好味鮮甜，泡飯味道濃郁香口，溫暖舒適。海鮮炒米方面，很喜歡焗得香香的帶子，鮮蝦也感覺味道濃郁，不過黑椒味偏濃怕辣的朋友要小心嘗試，有機會吃得一把眼淚。不過整體來說味道OK，雖然不是非常突出，但是也為一個正面的用餐體驗。
