To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好似係海港城長期都好多人響門口等嘅一間 特別係晚市餐廳門口一定堆積了一大堆人在等候· 烤北京填鴨半隻 入坐前 前台員工已經會先幫忙落單每枱的客人必點的菜式👍🏻當然這皮片鴨無法跟內地的比較 好普通～但人在香港 如果突然心血來潮想食的話 可以去這間食· 成都紅油抄手 超級普通的一道菜式· 小籠包子 個人最近真的很喜歡小籠包🥹但這間的小籠包子 真的有點普通～· 麻醬雞絲粉皮 這個真的好吃😋 麻醬調配得剛好 有少少辣·哈 其實依間野同海港城大部分嘅餐廳一樣 普普通通🌝
