雖然經常外食,但甚少去較有情調的餐廳。為慶祝朋友生日,今晚就去了這間位於海港城地下的意大利餐廳。裝修門面甚有氣派,而內在燈光較昏暗。上菜前每檯有一份麵包連醬呈上,麵包外面焗得香脆,油份甚多,但麵包鬆軟又香口,olive oil 加米色不知名醬汁也很夾,未開飯已三成飽。Green Salad 賣相精緻, 青蘋果菜葉新鮮爽口,糖脆合桃焗得香口甜蜜,只是餐廳下手頗重,鹽、油和胡椒份量頗多,好吃,但沙律很少吃得如此重口味。Chef's Signature frazeletti意大利雲吞伴青瓜、橙籠椒粒、脆煙肉和龍蝦肉配薄荷醬。賣相精緻,但上碟時雲吞有少許破裂,薄荷醬很清新,只是吃不慣總覺得有種吃牙膏的感覺。有數粒龍蝦肉伴碟 至於黑松露蘑菇薄餅,就有很香濃的黑松露味道上面有少許芝士很惹味,用傳統方式做的薄餅,餅皮很薄,而帶點焦香味,餅皮較脆口是當晚最滿意的菜色!雖然當晚Happy Friday頗熱鬧,客人多較嘈雜,但氣氛算是不錯,有機會會再來試其他菜式。
