一直都聽講雪下覓炙好高質，朋友升職請我食大餐，梗係試吓呢間嘅燒肉啦！餐廳名好有意境！講緊韓國高麗宫廷貴族在雪夜下嘅燒肉宴席，呢度室內設計都好典雅，投影雪花更有氣氛，真係模仿咁雪下燒肉咁！韓牛牛小排非常高質，韓牛小排肉質軟冧有彈性，牛肉味香濃油花分布均勻，賣相極吸引！和牛牛柳厚切牛柳色質一流！肉與油份非常平衡，肉質好嫩出眾，入口即化嘅越覺勁正！口慶州黑毛豬梅肉份量都算足夠，肉質非常軟冧，黑毛豬肉味十足，高質到呢！豬肉都完全入口冇渣！大蝦 2隻蝦size比手掌仲大！蝦肉富有彈性而且好厚實！鮮味十足！燒至金黃色，充滿海水鮮香！好正！雪梨水冷麵侍應會幫手剪麵，冷麵煙韌彈牙，用冰塊浸住冷麵，口感非常清爽，好適合配搭燒肉食。嘢飲：提子梳打同茘枝梳打，清爽解油膩，尤其鐘意荔枝梳打，荔枝果肉都好有咬口。
