To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次行過觀塘海濱都會心思思好想去呢間餐廳，今晚終於忍唔住行入去食！其中一個吸引之處係有分室内同户外位可以揀，outdoor位可以望住海景，又可以帶寵物，好chill！而室内氣氛亦好有情調！👉🏻西班牙火腿配蜜瓜 $108蜜瓜好清甜，配火腿嘅咸香味真係絕配！👉🏻燒法國鴨胸 $188共四件，同平時食開嘅一片片薄切鴨胸好唔同，未試過食咁厚切嘅鴨胸，肉質呈粉嫩色，唔乾身唔鞋口，是我喜歡的熟度！配菜有露荀同薯餅，好豐富，而且好入味！👉🏻素牛肉千層麵 $148選用Impossible Meat植物肉，食落完全不失肉類口感味道之外，仲要低脂！千層麵整得好細緻，有芝士碎鋪面，加上鮮茄醬，好香好濃郁！
