朋友對海膽有份執著,剛好行開中環佢就推介S2 kitchen. 入到去舖仔細細,好有日本舖頭仔既感覺。北極光海膽杯 - 海膽怪朋友最鐘意既一道菜式。睇menu介紹海膽杯用上左10層材料而成。而重點係除左最上面果兩片海膽之外,仲有兩層海膽。海膽用上左北海道紫海膽,質感香滑鮮甜。少少苦味都食唔到。其他材料仲有,黑魚子,海葡萄,吞拿魚蓉,三文魚子,白蝦,松葉蟹肉,海帶碎。牛油果帆立貝洋風沙津 - 牛油果同帆立貝既組合好配合,而且都係好新鮮。青蘋果蟹籽沙律 - 沙津裡面都係青蘋果絲,好方便食。雖然配上較肥膩既沙津醬,但係反而中和左青蘋果既酸味,越食越醒胃。芝士年糕 - 煙韌既表皮加上溶左既芝士涵料,口感十足。加上係即場整的緣故,口感仲突出好多。S2特色海膽火焰卷 - 所謂既特色火焰卷,最大特色就係店員係碟邊點火。大概一分鐘就可以食得。每一舊壽司都有一舊海膽,仲有微微燒過。海膽燒岩鹽蠔 - 燒蠔好大隻,加上海膽就緊加creamy。加上配上芝士燒就更加香口。清酒鮑魚雞翼 - 鮑魚特別用清酒浸過,再嚷入雞翼入面,最後攞去燒。鮑魚好淋身,而且燒雞翼都好香口,外脆內軟。菜式好有創意。三文魚夾餅創作壽司
