To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近比較忙少寫了食評😝今次寫下這間日本用膳店。如果有留意我的photo album 就了解我有多麼熱血去嘗試新的日本寿司set 。今次也不另外,又試了11件的寿司set。不過選擇比較化算的去試探下這店的基本質素。 如圖,也是基本寿司set 的種類。最令我覺得特別是卷物與海膽。卷物不與友人傾也不知內是生生蠔,少有這樣的卷物。特別!外面的炸點也令卷物有生氣但沒有味😝 假設,要給我再來的原因,我想一定是海膽!!!外看光澤新鮮,吃下鮮甜好綿帶少冷感覺,不腥或怪味。想encore! 😋 也提一提寿司薑也不差。 內部裝修簡約清爽,感覺乾淨。侍應面帶笑容有禮。 它原來是社企,部分用膳費會捐贈慈善機構幫小孩。又食又做善事😃
