我地真係好鐘意食日本野架,仲要係海膽tim呀!所以今次就專登黎左呢間道試下啦,果然冇令我地失望!準備開始我地個海膽宴啦!首先黎個三文魚海膽他他沙津先,除左海膽同三文魚,仲加左三文魚子點綴,同青蘋果既清甜好match!嘩,係特級S2海膽杯呀!呢個海膽杯真係好有心思,見到佢每一層都用上唔同既食材,最上由海膽,海葡萄,黑魚子組成,海膽份量多,而且十分creamy,而中間就有蟹肉、拖羅、三文魚子等,一次過試晒最鮮甜既食材,令人滿足!火焰卷,當然都係有海膽做主角啦,今次就配上帆立貝,然後係碟下點火,燒過後更帶出少少食材既香味呢款創作壽司係由鱈魚薄餅夾住三文魚壽司組成,上面鋪滿大量蟹子,口感豐富第一次食蒟蓊做既麵條,幾得意,又好彈牙,配上佢自家製既醬汁,好味青酒鮑魚雞翼,呢個真係幾特別,雞翼入面釀左用青酒浸過既魚魚,第一次食咁既配搭,又真係幾夾最後以海膽雪糕作為今日晚餐既甜品,用北海道牛奶同海膽整成既雪糕,又真係食到淡淡既牛奶味bor
