店主華師傳,做日本菜多年,自言最叻煮蛋包飯,所以自己開舖專做蛋包飯。華師傅的風格是用大隻嘅美國蛋 (色水靚,有蛋味),台灣米 (口感軟糯),自家製日本醬油汁炒啲飯,鹹和甜味適中。店內環境很日本feel,同時很cozy,其吊燈是蛋殼款,好可愛;其中一塊牆上貼滿了人物剪報;近門口嘅位置放了一台黑膠唱片機播放著音樂🎶🎶海膽蛋包飯 (HK$138) 和流心蛋 (+HK$18)一上枱,店員幫我切開流心蛋包,嘩,用上4隻蛋,啲半熟蛋汁流晒出嚟啦!加埋一些紫菜粉,蛋又香又滑😋。飯裡的飯粒分明,入口軟糯,飯粒與飯粒之間加入了海膽粒,好味呀!
