莆田成日都會做唔同既料理節今次到海蟶節~個人好鐘意食蟶子,就試下依款明星蟶子❣️哆頭蟶❣️有咩特別椒鹽哆頭蟶哆頭蟶比一般既厚身同粗身但質地同樣都幾爽口彈牙椒鹽味唔算濃外皮炸得金黃香脆,忍唔住食完一啖又一啖冰鎮南日鮑鮑魚好大隻,口感彈牙隻醬汁好入味,好食!酒香竹筒蝦大蝦熟度岩岩好,仍然好彈牙而且個湯底似係藥材湯,夠哂補砂鍋黃花魚湯真係成氣黃花魚先炸香再煮湯所以個湯好夠魚味~條魚又炸得夠脆,入面d 魚肉又滑嫩我地都清左條魚馬來風光個汁唔會太鹹,通菜仍然爽脆桂花陳皮燉雪梨最後梗係要食埋甜品成隻雪梨夠哂潤仲有埋雪耳爽口,多種口感酥炸冰心榴槤入面既榴槤雪到冰哂再拎去炸一切開,榴槤味就衝出黎再配搭個甜味汁,唔錯

椒鹽哆頭蟶
