今次陪屋企人行outlet所以去咗東涌搵食,由搭車開始去到餐廳食飯,望住個海景同飛機升降(記得request window seat🛫),真係會有種出走嘅感覺,非常寫意🥳食到飽飽地仲可以出去篤波伸展吓,夜晚又有live band show,好有外國feel🥰▫️Westholme Wagyu Rump M4/M5 | $298餐廳主打熟成牛肉,分別有wet-aged同dry-aged兩種處理方式選擇🌬今次就試吓dry age咗21-30日嘅和牛臀,呢個部位少脂肪、肉味濃😌熟成過後味道有啲似parma ham,而且肉質會較結實,如果接受到嘅話可以嗌rare至medium,咁就會軟淋啲😚sauce就揀咗由香草、大蒜、醋等製成嘅chimichurri,食落幾refreshing,同牛扒好夾🌿▫️Cajun Fries | $0每份steak都可以跟一個side,粗薯條帶甜甜辣辣嘅香料味,比起就咁落鹽特別🤪而且調味唔算重手,幾襟食🙊▫️Truffle Mac & Cheese | $48呢個有得玩拉芝🤩芝士同黑松露味好平衡,唔會太漏,面頭仲加咗麵包糠焗,又脆又creamy口感好豐富😋▫️Rack of

▫️Hibiscus Paloma/The Upper Deck’s Martini | $110/105
前者係以tequila做base,主要係西柚味,加咗sparkling就更易入口🍹而martini聞落好香桃同哈密瓜味,但飲落就重酒味🍸
