用餐時間(5:56pm dinner)follow@wojengyea/@wo!正嘢 for more food info🐒 支持我哋發掘更多美食 😋同屋企人喺大埔墟街市買無敵海鮮(花甲、蝦、帶子$300 臘腸班魚 $250)又唔想自己煮,決定上去熟食中心搵其中一間餐廳幫手加工煮。白灼赤紅蝦🦐,清蒸冇咩好講,佢個辣椒豉油惹味。但本身食材新鮮唔使沾豉油都極鮮味。豉椒炒花甲,紅椒、綠椒、洋蔥、草菇,唔辣。個豆豉醬汁又炒得幾好,唔會非常之鹹。👍🏽 蒜蓉清蒸扇貝🐚,粉絲唔係咩貴價嘢,但佢都落得比較少,有啲失望,蒜蓉豐盛,但個人覺得太多蒜蓉會搶走帶子個鮮味。紅燒素豆腐,特登整素食俾我哋,有菜心、菇同走油豆腐。清蒸臘腸班魚🐟,條魚肉蒸得比較老同靭(可能係本身條魚問題都未未定),最大嘅敗筆係佢用隻膠碟去蒸魚,真係O咗咀。🙊薑炒芥蘭,佢啲菜都新鮮,又多薑粒,晤錯晤錯。🥬差唔多每間大排檔都會幫手加工海鮮,但價錢唔一樣,可以打電話去問吓先。☎️
