To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太湖海鮮城一直都是以海鮮料理出名的,我都是聽其他人介紹嘅,感覺上應該都唔錯下。紅燒金腿翅、上湯焗龍蝦、蛋散、富貴蝦等等真系令我食指大動吖,有心嘅就唔好錯過喇。紅燒金腿翅,味鮮美為主,咸淡適中,即使分量不是很大,但是魚翅好正。上湯 焗龍蝦,據說是加拿大龍蝦,呢層我就真系無識分喇,但系入口就可以感覺到龍蝦嘅鮮味,特有的,食材好新鮮。蛋散系食完之後上的,味道麻麻,就好一般。富貴蝦都是新鮮海鮮喇,做法比較傳統,但系又意外咁好岩我平時嘅口味,服務又較周到,一餐落嚟感覺唔錯,舒服。
