To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行南丫島家樂徑行成個幾鐘,我同兩個朋友都不禁吶喊終點係邊,好在行到某個亭我地終於望到天虹個牌,我地咬實牙關繼續行,以天虹作為目標,心諗點都要食個海鮮大餐為南丫島半日遊作個HAPPY ENDING幾經辛苦行完南丫島家樂徑,再行埋個曲折的田園路,終於黎到索罟灣,行經埋棵當日好紅好靚的鳳凰樹,我地終於見到天虹海鮮酒家啦入到去我同朋友都逼不及待要叫海鮮食,開頭諗住叫個餐(好似500幾,有海鮮,有炒飯),但諗諗下,個餐規限的餸未必係我地想食的,所以最後都係簡咗單點豉椒炒花甲、椒鹽瀨尿蝦(中SIZE)、菠蘿咕嚕肉(朋友見到隔離枱原個菠蘿上,可惜我地唔係)、蒜蓉蒸扇貝及招牌海鮮湯。首先上的係豉椒炒花甲,一上到黎好有鑊氣,係平時屋企炒唔出的味道,可惜係太少肉,食到底好多都無開成餐飯我最期待的就係呢隻瀨尿蝦,好鬼大隻,好厚肉,夾埋D米通同椒鹽好正,雖然仲未去到係我本身以為的實肉,同有羔個種,但都好好味,好下飯,又即使呢味餸係成餐最貴的(好似要成200幾一隻),但都覺得係成餐最好味的而咕嚕肉就都幾好味,出邊脆身,入邊舊肉淋淋地,唔會有豬臭味,個汁仲要幾夾,個人覺得都不錯吃,成日聽人講咕嚕肉其實都考功夫,呢

而咕嚕肉就都幾好味,出邊脆身,入邊舊肉淋淋地,唔會有豬臭味,個汁仲要幾夾,個人覺得都不錯吃,成日聽人講咕嚕肉其實都考功夫,呢味餸煮得好味,咁我諗呢間店都唔差得去邊


但係個個海鮮湯我自己個人覺得有D腥同無咩特別,其實入邊就係大雜燴,有魚、花甲、白菜、蝦同豆腐,但係朋友就覺得唔錯,話係魚湯幾好飲

最後個蒜蓉蒸扇貝都唔錯,雖然其實老實講屋企都煮到呢味餸,但係蒸的火喉其實好重要,佢地蒸到岩岩好,唔怕"鞋"口,仲可以成舊起得出黎,真係唔錯,而且好大粒,食得出幾新鮮,連埋粉絲一齊食,再加少少店的辣椒豉油,真係YUMMY

其實餐飯食到咁上下索罟灣就開始落好大雨,實在太幸運,好難想像行住山個陣落會點,特登簡望海位的我地當然都驚"PI"雨,好在佢地有塊擋雨的膠幕,基本成餐都無咩點滴到雨。

又雖然D員工唔係話態度好殷勤,但係都可以講得上不過不失(碼頭船個員工好好人,見我地雨中奔跑,就叫我地慢慢行仲遮埋我地
),而海鮮都尚算OK,係價錢有D貴(3個人最後埋單$900幾),但食飯送船飛(中環或尖沙咀)呢樣野真係幾好,又返到屋企睇返佢官網,發現佢有幾味獲奬菜,下次再有機會去南丫島,我諗都可能會再去天虹試試
