To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友是海鮮控, 紅肉及澱粉類食物一概不愛, 早前帶其去吃牛肉火煱已招其不滿. 這次便想到這家早前在電視介紹的順德粥底火煱. 由於電視介紹過, 所以提早一點來光顧避開繁忙時間, 到達時間大約6點, 時間早的關係只有2枱客, 埋單8點時則已客滿. 店子內裡空間不大, 若是2人光顧坐2人枱的話, 會比較擠逼. 幸好店員會待客人吃光海鮮才繼續上食物. 值得一讚的是這裡的餐具, 較外頭的火煱店要精緻許多, 所用的火煱亦是瓷質, 較不易黐底, 用來做粥底火煱是最好的選擇. 上面有寫好粥底火煱的吃法, 其實也不需多看, 店員都會親切的提示吃法. 免加醬料費用實在該讚, 不得不罵為何有好些店子, 幾粒蒜蓉, 辣椒也要斤斤計較? 何不像這裡免收加一免醬料一樣大方一點?每枱均有秒錶計算灼海鮮時間, 讓海鮮不再灼得過熟, 非常周到. 牌子更寫了各種海鮮的建議烹煮時間. 向來不愛喝可樂, 有烏龍茶及竹蔗茅根最清熱氣了. 先送上的是海鮮塔, 裡頭有7款海鮮, 鮑魚, 蚌, 蟹, 貝類, 蝦, 魚等. 蚌有點嫌瘦削了一點, 但鮮味十足又彈牙. 鮑魚則非常新鮮, 飽滿又彈牙, 全晚最喜歡的海鮮. 蟹雖然不大件, 但

吃至尾聲, 店員便送上滿粥的材料, 有豬油渣, 菜脯, 冬菜, 蔥及芫茜等. 可惜的是同行朋友並不吃芫茜. 

先將煮得軟身的飯落至鍋內, 再將以上材料及雞蛋混合便成海鮮粥, 煮粥前, 店員會先問客人喜愛稀或杰底的粥. 做出來的粥有灼火煱的各種海鮮鮮味, 配料亦脆身可口, 份量上有差不多3大碗, 吃上兩大碗粥, 飽上心口.

餐後送上的是雪米滋, 冰冰涼涼, 甜甜的正好一解火煱的熱氣. 

埋單2人只需大約$450, 算是抵食. 沒加一服務費但有服務的餐廳.


翻食指數: 85分.  

價格不貴,  收費清晰, 食材新鮮份量不大但非常飽肚, 正方便人少時可多選款式, 交通上正方便我前往, 但不鄰近地鐵站, 店子座位略窄.
