To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為人已經很多了,都不意思慢慢拍照。(其實是已經肚子餓,不能再等,哈哈)先介紹冷盤,長腳蟹腳,不好意思後來才發現沒有拍照,我覺得味道鮮味,而且肉的份量都算多。唯一缺點是要未能為客人預備剪刀,我是後來才知道可以問服務生取。其他如青口,翡翠螺,刺身等都不俗。熱盤方面,焗蠔和焗帶子都是我喜歡的,不過焗蠔鮮味未夠特出,反而帶子配上半溶的芝士和煙肉,不錯。香煎鵝肝是不得不吃,幼滑甘香的鵝肝,配搭多士和黑醋汁,令人無法抗拒酥皮三文魚,外觀好像一個巨型的酥皮包,外層微脆的酥皮,內裏夾着菠菜和三文魚,我覺得這個配搭蠻有新意。焗熟後肉質有欠嫰滑,這個我絕對明白,但沒有腥味,再配上香草白汁,不錯。甜品方面,火焰雪山就是全場焦點所在,因為大廚即場為大家點火,海綿蛋糕入面有雲呢拿雪糕,蛋白霜,再用火槍將蛋白霜表面烤焦,整個蛋糕充滿酒香和焦糖味,老實說,我覺得一件真的不夠,因為太好吃了。朱古力香蕉蛋糕,濃郁的朱古力慕斯包著原條香蕉,很喜歡朱古力蛋糕跟蕉這個組合,蠻好吃。芒果拿破崙,芒果配上香脆的酥皮層夾著忌廉吉士,香甜美味。木糠蛋糕,芒果布甸,藍莓芝士蛋糕,Brownie等都不錯。最後一定要用雪糕來結尾是,有D

總結我覺得火焰雪山,長腳蟹腳和鵝肝多士都是我的心水選擇,我覺得整體味道不俗,分佈平均,冷盤,熱盤和甜品都有一款心水。但不足就是因為客人太多,有多款式都未吃過就沒有了,例如梳乎里,以往到自助餐試食會都會收到今期推介菜色,提供給我們拍照及享用,而不用外出排隊,但今次只有鵝肝多士和火焰雪山,似乎有所不足,希望下次可以改善便好了。
