任點任食海鮮餐, 啱晒中意食海鮮嘅一族。首先先挑選二選一粥底 (新鮮排骨粥和瑤柱新鮮淮山粥)、燉湯(西洋菜生魚燉陳腎、老黃瓜燉排骨、姬松茸燉螺肉)。跟著再送脆皮乳鴿、貝殼盛盆,龍蝦。跟著仲有包括另外二十幾款任點配料,和任飲啤酒、汽水和竹蔗水等飲料。首先當然老火上湯嘅時間,姬松茸燉螺肉燉湯。燉湯好足料,除了有姬松茸和螺肉外,還有排骨,味道很鮮甜天然,用料絕不孤寒。每枱都逢送嘅脆皮乳鴿,外皮脆卜卜肉汁又多,肉質嫩滑,絕無羶味。貝殼盛盆包含胭脂蚌,馬刀貝,加上我地自己點嘅海蝦同埋青口,感覺大滿足。馬刀貝大大粒,肉厚鮮甜。海蝦肉質彈牙,同樣新鮮味美。龍蝦同樣令我地食得滿足,肉質帶有爽勁而又鮮甜,加入蒜蓉蒸,味道又提昇左一層次。北韓鮑魚質素亦高,加左薑、蔥和蟲草花去蒸,彈牙而鮮甜。接著係任點任食嘅肉食同肉丸。蟲草花清遠雞雞肉非常嫩滑,肉質又細嫩。百花釀花菇釀了鮮蝦滑,蝦滑鮮味彈牙,值得多食幾件!手切和牛肉及和牛粒牛香肉味都非常香濃,蒸一份鐘左右就食得,保持嫩滑口感。最後當然就係食瑤柱新鮮淮山粥啦。粥底吸收成晚蒸食材嘅精華,所以味道必然係好味。再加入香甜嘅淮山,等綿綿粥底更添味美。
