同朋友去尖沙咀食飯,揀選左一間出名食浜燒嘅餐廳。先有口味獨特嘅綠茶味汽水,跟著有炙燒平目魚邊沙律。牛油果跟再脹卜卜既魚籽,感覺清新!主角平目魚邊爽口,魚香味濃又帶有爽勁。調味用上醋汁和黑松露醬,夠晒醒胃。刺身方面有三文魚刺身、立魚刺身、吞拿魚刺身、劍魚腩刺身、元貝刺身,帆立貝有著閃耀嘅光澤,細嫩而鮮味濃郁。劍魚腩質感結實。三文魚及吞拿魚魚香味都夠濃。特上二人前盛合 括有帆立貝、蠔、蟹肉蟹膏、鮑魚和海老。帆立貝將帆立貝的肉和殻分離, 再切成幾粒上枱, 品嚐它的原味。肉身肥厚,汁液鮮甜!燒鮮蠔嘅時候淋入少少燒酒同埋醬油。蠔汁滿滿, 肉身雖唔大隻但依然飽滿。而燒海老亦同樣令我地滿足,蝦肉肉質雪白,入口非常彈牙! 鮑魚亦燒得岩岩好,質感軟韌,仲有海水鮮味添!蟹肉蟹膏賣相極吸引, 舖滿了蟹膏和蟹肉。店員係燒嘅時候將各款材料拌勻,再放係脆卜卜嘅薯片上一齊進食,口感特別,而鮮香的蟹膏味道濃郁,非常之正。
