To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海鮮种類齊備的自助餐

朋友跟我道別請我去天際万豪吃自助餐。我敢說這裏的自助餐絕對是香港性價比最高的其中一家。526元包加一已經可以有龍蝦, 生蠔, 松葉蟹腳,凍蝦，青口，牡丹蝦任吃。甜品有哈根達斯，而且還有全海景夜色和五星級酒店服務，這價錢實在冠絕全港。但一分錢一分貨，松葉蟹腳的質量一般，一吃就知道雪藏了很久不夠新鮮。其他的海鮮還可以，牡丹蝦質量不錯。熱食比較一般，沒有什麼特別好吃的，清蒸班魚都沒有，也沒有牛扒和鵝肝，感覺一般。不過這里沒什麼人，很多東西都不用排隊。要享受一頓海景自助晚餐確實不錯。

熱食比較一般，沒有什麼特別好吃的，清蒸班魚都沒有，也沒有牛扒和鵝肝，感覺一般。

不過這里沒什麼人，很多東西都不用排隊。要享受一頓海景自助晚餐確實不錯。
