Restaurant: The Chef's Table
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老公生日想食間咩都有啲既自助餐，咁就係OpenRice到睇左好多間既資料，最終決定揀尚廚，因為係介紹內容個到見佢寫到明有龍蝦 長腳蟹 鵝肝 生豪食，而且提早係OpenRice 訂位有85折都幾低，所以揀左尚廚試下。去到見到真係有哂我地想食既野。個到既服務員同廚師都好有禮貌, 我個仔去等煮麵個幾分鐘時間，廚師叔叔同我個仔傾下解仲問佢要唔要落其他野，因為小朋友有時想表達多啲但又怕羞，好在廚師比較熱情 主動問我仔既需要，所以我個仔話好好食又好開心。掛住食都唔記得影多啲靚相添，唯有下次在去食在補上照片
