平時放假想食海鮮,都會諗起西貢或鯉魚門。但今日喺銅鑼灣行完街,又想食海鮮,看到在地鐵站附近的「漁港薈」有蒸海鮮食,真係一大喜訊😄這裡有幾個海鮮套餐,我哋叫咗一個「一檯二食海鮮鍋」,蒸鍋有鮑魚、海生蝦、龍躉班件、元貝、青口、脆骨腩,火煱材料有幾款丸類、安格斯肥牛、烏冬、菜,而湯㡳是芫茜皮蛋。除咗蒸鍋和火鍋食材,套餐還先上熱辣辣的脆皮乳鴿,真係非常豐富👍至於蒸海鮮的時間,我真係完全唔懂🙄但餐廳的餐牌有哂不同海鮮需要蒸的時間,仲有埋計時器供應,這已經幫我一大忙。但重點係,最後係店員幫我哋計時處理,不同蒸海鮮的時間由店員幫我們調較,十分好的服務❤️
