今次吃以中西海鮮做主題的自助餐,食物選擇比我想像中多,有幾個項目也做得蠻不錯的。頭盤先有海洋區,海鮮以冷盤形式呈現。刺身、壽司與冷凍海鮮,都是自助餐走不了。 紐西蘭生蠔,無限量供應,質感比較清爽而甜,礦物味及餘韻不太重的,眼見蠻受人客歡迎,回本位: 另一項長腳蟹腳,肉輕易就可以剪出一長條蟹柳肉,有比我想像中鮮甜及多汁。吃蟹腳我就輕點了辣汁 (記得不要太 over),去吊蟹的鮮味,同埋先來醒一醒。 各款翡翠螺、凍蝦、青口、蜆: 也想提一提紅菜頭煙三文魚,我吃了很多!它比煙三文魚多一個層次的菜甜,推薦: 其他頭盤隨影: 是晚食物眾多,即管在此 highlight 一下重點菜式。煎紐西蘭穀飼羊扒,肉嫩,焦香多肉汁: 在燒烤區有不少食物,例如煎牛扒、蝦、魚及蔬菜。不得不提燒菠蘿,燒過之後是非常甜和多汁! 肉蟹煮粉絲,裏面有些避風塘的蒜粒,與廣東風味 crossover,效果不錯,有些似橋底辣蟹的香,卻沒有那麼辣。 法式海鮮湯,清而帶少許白蘭地酒香,其實落咁多海鮮料去煲湯,鮮甜是走不了。 印度食品也是我喜愛的,咖喱雞做得不錯,汁不會一股死辣,有重的香料味道,用來撈黃薑
