每年都會搞既#SeafoodLovesSake 又返黎啦，由9月1日至9月30日去指定餐廳就可以食到佢地既Sake x Seafood Menu ❤️❤️ 記得上年去左好幾間餐廳都好令我回味。因為平時想飲清酒只有日本鋪頭先有，但呢個period去好多餐廳，包括中餐都有得飲🍶.今晚放工係屋企附近見到#四季芬芳都有呢個Seafood x sake menu, 就簡單叫兩個小食配酒飲😋😋.🍴灌烏雞湯百花丸配真澄真珠 AKA $88 蝦膠肉打成膠，包著香濃烏雞湯再炸，口感酥脆彈牙，鮮味十足。搭配#真澄真珠AKA，呢隻清酒比較易入口，更可中和返蝦球既油膩感同提升蝦既鮮味👍🏻.🍴蟹粉蝦仁配八重垣山田錦特別純米 $148蟹粉蝦仁本身較濃味，餸白飯就岩晒，搭配🍶#八重垣山田錦特別純米，可以更加提升左蟹既鮮味，又中和返蟹粉個腥味，八重垣山田錦入口感覺比真澄更濃，但又易入口，估唔到呢兩樣餸咁夾清酒👍🏻
